The agenda for 9th International Hybrid Power Plants & Systems Workshop, taking place on 3-4 June 2025, has been published!
This year’s highly international program features 70 presentations across 18 sessions, showcasing cutting-edge developments in hybrid power plants and island power systems. Attendees will gain valuable insights from case studies featuring pioneering regions such as the Åland Islands, Madeira, Faroe Islands, Hawaii, Indonesia, Corsica, Réunion, Greece, Morocco, and many more. The variety of global perspectives will provide an exceptional learning experience alongside other key topics such as grid forming, micro-grids, and system design.
As the Åland Islands take center stage as our host region, the workshop will highlight their unique energy system and ambitious carbon neutrality goals. A keynote session will offer an in-depth look at Åland’s renewable energy strategy.
