We are pleased to announce that the program for the 10^th International Hybrid Power Plants & Systems Workshop, which will take place on Sardinia, Italy from 5-6 May 2026, has been published and registration is now open.

A focused technical program with global perspectives

The 2026 program brings together contributions from research, industry, and system operators, addressing the practical and system-level challenges of hybrid power plants, island and isolated grids, and converter-dominated power systems.

The workshop program reflects this setting, with 70+ presentations covering topics such as:

• Hybrid Power Plant Design & Operation: Optimizing hybrid plants through state-of-the-art EMS, EMT modelling, and multi-objective sizing strategies.
• Hybrid Power Systems in Practice: Innovative partnership models and integration strategies for isolated communities, backed by lessons learned from real-world projects and international case studies.
