The event that takes place from 4 – 6 September 2019 in New Delhi, India is endorsed by the Indian Ministry of New and Renewable Energy as well as the Indian Ministry of Power and organized by Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Department for International Development, UK and Energynautics, Germany.
